Ryan Reynolds there, singing, sounded pretty good too.
Its terribly annoying
I can't stand it. It's more obnoxious than how us tv does it and I find that hard to watch.
US tv does it while pretending it's not, in a way at least this just makes it obvious and isn't trying to pretend you're not dumb enough to notice the hundredth "horror noise" during a reality show.
Japanese TV does it in moderation and it's fun. But Korean TV takes it to a whole new level, it's almost like a parody at this point.
US tv is more with a speaker:
Johnny: "I'm gonna go take a piss!"
Speaker: "Johnny went to take a piss!"
Worse is when they narrate opposite what's happening on-screen. Like actively trying to retcon reality.
