Whats the point of asking questions that no one can answer ? its like saying "why are there so many clouds/birds in the sky" or "why are there so many ants on the ground" ,
They are there because no matter what safeguards the devs put in the game to stop them there will always be a way to make new hacks or work around the safeguards, its like spam ,
its here to stay.

I agree , and of course you can always go play on another server , and the risk is the same
