Huffpost is not my favorite source, so take contents and ruminations within article with a grain of salt. However, source of leaked photographs is Avenatti himself, and the claims warrant reporting given that.

This is fairly massive news, as the individual in this photographs is a major investor in the company that purchased Rosneft, a multi-billion dollar Russian oil giant. The dossier claimed that approximately $280 million of this massive trade was paid to Donald Trump in connection with his backroom negotiations with the Kremlin, IE the "collusion" to steal the election. In a nutshell, the claim is: Russia helped Trump win the election, and paid a massive bribe to him in the form of this "brokerage fee," in exchange for Trump using his position as President to unilaterally drop all sanctions against Russia and agree not to actively obstruct their interests.
All parties have obviously vehemently denied this, but here's a new and interesting wrinkle:
The investor photographed being sneaked into Trump tower less than 48 hours after the sale of Rosneft was official is from the company that purchased the shares. This investor is on record as having admitted to extending bribes (and claiming they were accepted) to Michael Flynn at the very least. Simply put, he was a man who arranged for the movement of large sums of illicit money, and is now known to have transacted bribes with key Trump allies and campaign officials, if not Donald Trump himself. Thus, his secretive appearance at Trump Tower at this particular moment in time is... well, a little bit curious.
Less than 24 hours later, Flynn and Kushner met with top Putin banker Sergey Gorkov in another secret Trump Tower meeting. Again, the investor who visited Trump Tower less than 24 hours beforehand is on record as having been party to bribes to Flynn, at the least, and now Flynn finds himself in yet another undisclosed secret meeting with another major money-man in the Rosneft transaction.

To put this into a timeline:
12/10 - Russia sells multi-billion dollar share of oil giant Rosneft to Qatari investment company.
12/12 - Buyer of Rosneft attends secret Trump Tower meeting with Trump family and lawyer
12/13 - Top Putin banker attends secret Trump Tower meeting with Trump family and bribe-accepting adviser Flynn.
Showing that this man was at Trump Tower at this particular time essentially confirms another fucking massive pillar of the Steele Dossier -- a $280,000,000 bribe to President of the United States, Donald Trump, from the Kremlin, only weeks after winning the presidency. This is proof of collusion.
Imprison this traitor. There's no reason not to. If this is public knowledge now then it's damn sure within Mueller's knowledge.
This is every single pillar of the Steele Dossier either outright confirmed as fact, or else heavily supported by related and/or surrounding events. Absolutely nothing has been discredited yet, and at this point there is almost nothing that could be discredited that would change the resolution we should draw based on what has: Trump is guilty of everything he's been accused of.
Yeah, well, Trump needs to be impeached first, and that's never going to happen while the Republicans control both the House and Senate. Quite frankly, unless the GOP by a miracle decide to backstab Trump, the Democrats will need to pull some big wins in the coming mid-term elections. Otherwise, we'll almost certainly get at least 4 years with Trump, and we can already see the damage he has done in just a little more than a year.
Can't wait to see how Fox News handles the latest social media trends in response to this news.
Please, if there are any kindly gods, let Mueller bring this whole thing together and bring Trump down along with any accomplices in the GOP.
I'm gonna say Mueller is way ahead of the media on this one
Avenatti is great
What I'm wondering now is if this new info gives Mueller sufficient legal grounds to get a warrant to seize Trump's personal financial records.
If at any point you happen to hear that somebody connected with the russia investigation shot themselves in the back of the head, tied themselves up, then jumped downstairs, you'll probably know that Mueller's on the right track

piss tape here we go
That's not even a dollar per US citizen. I'd be insulted if not for knowing that he already doesn't see us as people anyway.
They will probably ignore it in favor of a piece about how penguins walk funny or some other fluff.

Reminder that Michael Cohen is the National Deputy Finance Chair of the RNC, as of last April and AFAIK still to this day. Cohen was also involved in being one of Trump's proxies for making deals with Putin in Moscow.
Essential Consultants LLC. seems to have been operating as a money laundering hub and influence peddling shop, as well as a porn star coverup slush fund. Nobody (except maybe Mueller) has asked the really hard questions about what he's been doing and has done for the RNC.
However, Cohen is said to have meticulously documented things and even has an alleged habit of recording calls so he can gotcha people with them later (NY is a one-party consent state). All of that is going to be in investigators' hands if it exists at all. We're going to get to find out just how deep this rabbit hole goes, and I think Mueller is going to expose a far richer and wider vein of political cancer than anyone expects.
Trump's going to drain the swamp by overflowing it so hard a structural rehabilitation project will be needed to clean up the mess.
LEAK THE PISS TAPE
The Piss Tape is probably in Russian hands. If a copy exists in American hands, it's probably Mueller's, and he's not going to leak fuckall, he's doing this by the book.
This is getting so nuts that the piss tape is on the bottom of everything we want to come out
Now I'm actually disgusted that the piss tape is likely real. I was so disappointed in the media for reporting on a blatantly false story and proving Trump and his supporters right that it's all fake news then it turns out that it turns out it's likely true.
Also how the fuck is peeing on the bed AFTER they slept on it supposed to disrespect the Obamas? It's a hotel presidential suite that was 100% already covered in cum and pussy juice way before that
On the latter part: It's like pissing on someone's grave. You're not actually peeing on them - it's a symbolic gesture. You're disrespecting their history.
It's symbolic, and he's also really that petty. If he could get away with it he'd walk into their driveway and take a shit on the hood of the Obamas' car in front of them.
Hell, if he could get away with it he'd set Barack's car on fire. Just to please himself.
To be fair he probably doesn't know how big a number that is, they just told him it was "yuge"
Some part of Trump's reptile brain recognizes Obama as a categorically superior human being. There's no other reason for the childish tantrums and him doing his best to undo Obama's legacy.
I hope once he gets kicked out itll be released
If this fucker turns out to be guilty, he better get the max penalty for treason.
Let the orange fruit swing.
Federal imprisonment for the rest of his natural life would be better. Strip him of his creature comforts and force him to watch the world turn without him. His ego would prefer execution to being deprived of his fortune and power. Even if he was sent to richman country club prison, he wouldn't be free and he wouldn't have access to his wealth to solve his problems. It's a fate worse than death for a narcissist.
Much as I don't agree with literally punishing the man, despite how heinous his crimes may be, I'm not sure he could be rehabilitated. Rehabilitation requires someone to want to be rehabilitated; Trump would probably just see it as a victory over the world that it had to lock him up to stop him.
Probably only if he turns evidence against Putin, then they'll release it to discredit him.
He considers any attempt to hold him responsible for anything he may have done as an affront against his very existence. He's got zero emotional control. He may delude himself temporarily with narratives that paint him as a fallen hero, but he is not someone that can handle going to jail, and he cannot settle out of court with Mueller. If it turns out he is guilty of everything he's believed to have done regarding conspiring with the Russians to rig the election and receive several hundred million dollars under the table in exchange for reversing America's sanctions and foreign policy on Russia, there is no check large enough that Trump could write if you could settle criminal charges out of court.
He doesn't want to be infamous, he wants to be famous. And rich and a celebrity. He wants his name everywhere and he wants it to be in reverence. He wants to be the best, not the worst; he's intent on stripping Obama's legacy to the foundations so that America's first black President is remembered as the worst. Being impeached and then criminally indicted would enrage him so bad I wouldn't be surprised to see the headlines one day that the FBI caught him trying to arrange hits on his enemies in the DOJ and Congress who he'd blame for his failure.
I don't disagree that he aspires to be famous; I'm just saying that I could see him settling for embracing infamous. Trump's worst nightmare would be a world in which nobody cared about or knew him and nothing he did mattered.
