Making All ulx commands bound to a specific job

so. one of my friends recommended me this code
ik u wish to help me and not create it for me but. i'm in a rush. please
basically what i need is
make all ulx commands bound to a specific job. even fadmin commands like no powers at all unless on duty.
i wish to make it so there's a hook/command everytime someone types something like /admin they go on duty and again to go off duty. i wish to make this bound to specific rules>[staff] ofc.
if you can help me thank in advance alot. and i have no time atm to improve my lua because i'm quite busy with life which is why im here.

Dude, then dont do lua at all until you have time. Dont come here all the time and ask us to literally DO the code for you.

thats a pretty useless answer...he literally jus tasked for the theme name..you wont get help like that..
didnt ment to put the "dumb" icon on there..wanted to see who else did the one..sry

But again to GrizzyBear, by just telling us to do this for you, and even saying you wont say the theme color unless he helps you, you should not expect any help..

yea im thinking the same thing, i looked at some other threads of him, first one he made is him saying he got staff in a darkrp server, so im thinking they asked him if he knows lua and he just said yes even tho he doesnt at all. And now hes trying to quickly learn it. (or get scripts by other people here)
