In all seriousness though, people being dicks to each other in online games is nothing new, and providing players with the freedom to murder one-another in a game can make for interesting gameplay, although I understand that it can be frustrating sometimes.

As stated above. It's really not a bad game. Just a lot of toxic players. You can try playing on a solo duo server if you want to give PvP another shot. Give solo players a better chance.
There are also plenty of PvE servers out there if you enjoy the building, hunting, crafting aspects of the game but don't like getting your ass handed to you on a daily/hourly basis. Go for the modded ones though. You want to play on a server that uses TruePVE. When set up properly the players can't hurt each other or damage/raid bases. I have my server set up with extra NPCs to keep things interesting. So chances are you'll get killed a lot. But it won't be by another player.
Run naked. Even if you have gear - still run naked: to scout and talk to people. They kill you? Its oK - you are naked.
Run and make friends/allies. Experiment. Have fun.
Your problems are "self-inflicted":
1) You have a bad/laggy (old) computer - so its hard for you to PVP with no lag
2) You don't speak good english (maybe basic will work, but I dont know how it is on EU/RU servers) Do Russian servers even exist? (I play US servers)
3) Do you have a mic? This game requires a mic (for ingame comms) or for Teamspeak/Discord.
Without items 1-3 above, there is probably no point for you to play this wonderful game. But its not the game's fault ;)

After a server wipe (with a new map) the first thing i look for are trees and rocks and hemp bushes (desert area cacti give cloth and food) doesnt take long to get enough hemp/cloth to make a bow or clothing, I look for ore and rocks pieces that are strewn around the map , I always move far away from the "spawn" area and any radtowns till i have weapons,
its not a bad game , you just have to not play badly

You're a casual. And a casual in DOTA, StarCraft, CSGO or any other game - is just that... an average person. You are not good at anything (survival) and its not fun for you.
Maybe this game is not for you? (I quit DOTA and StarCraft log time ago, because I dont have time to "stay competitive"). However - figuring out how to survive (meet clans, make pacts, make friends and enemies - learning the best way to raid a specific base(s), learning how to build to have low % of being raided) - all of that is fun and exciting for me. Its like solving a puzzle...
Today I was solo playing with boats. And it was ton of fun. I got a lot of scrap (diving underwater) and killed 2 other solo players (like this is 1st time Im actually getting kills solo)... then I went to a far away island in the middle of the ocean and farmed a full inentory of nodes (island was filled with nodes and looks like nobody was farming them).
It was pretty awesome...especially for a solo.
i only have a 960 and i have zero issues with frame rate...
Sounds like the game isnt for you tbh.
The only positive advise i can give you is keep playing and you will find people along the way who want to play together. Solo in this game is busted af, give it time, you will find people to play with
There are plenty of PVE servers out there for you to play on if you don't want to be killed by others. In fact, there's a wide variety of servers out there for anything you can think of. Instead of putting yourself in a setting you don't like, do yourself a favor and find a setting that you enjoy being in.

You spawn on a new map, you run far away from spawn area , away from any buildings and monuments, you gather wood, stone, hemp (for cloth) ore and look for food till you can kill animals, you gather enough for a small base (stone) (2x3x2) with a door and cupboard on the second floor, you keep gathering till you have enough for a bow/arrows then you go to search roads and towns for loot and bp's,
you get killed you start again, you get killed you start again, you get killed you start again, thats the game

Well i am sorry to say you must be doing something wrong , with that many hours you should have things sorted out by now, admittedly i have 15000+ hours and have a "routine" on setting up bases and getting started on servers after a wipe, but with 2000 hours you are not "new" to the game, You should have been able to find a suitable server which is either low pop or PVE where you can build bases in relative safety , Thats about it for me on this thread, so good luck
That's a community's fault. If you can't accept that everyone wants to kill you, then quit and do not come back. This game is harsh, it is not good i agree, but i love building and surviving. Everyone kills you? Be smarter and stronger, use any tools to kill them too. Let them know that you're dangerous. You can't? Well... it is only your fault.

you've got that amount of hours and you're playing on modded server,pretty sure only routine there is a kit build. I guess it's fine as long as you're having fun, i just see modded servers in a bad way.

Well, the game stooped so low as to grant "XP" by stealing (thanks whoever has put it so clearly in another post today!). All other titles to date have steered clear of this development path. It is in concordance at least with the studio name (think Punch in the Face ..).
The title does promote aggression, true aggression (kill to take what someone built in days and who did not do a thing to you). Not shoot someone that is trying to do the same to you. That is casual. This is not.
