Okay so a few weeks back I download and ran an instance of a rust server and was messing around and learning some stuff. Soon after, I found that now every time I try to use a gun and have two different ammo types for it, it will keep prompting me to select an ammo type. As a quick fix, I decided just to only have 1 ammo type for that gun in my inventory, and that worked so I thought. However, after my gun reloads with a full clip, I shoot one time and it makes me reload again.
I also noticed that it has been doing the reload animation twice instead of once, which makes using crossbows and basically every gun extremely difficult to use.
I've googled this like crazy and found nothing helpful, hopefully someone out there has encountered this same issue and has a solution.
On a side note, I've tried removing the rust server from the computer, uninstalling and re installing rust and it doesn't seem to help.
