Aggretsuko is my personal favorite anime this year, and definitely gonna be one of my all time favorites. It's such a wonderful slice of life that really portrays many relatable aspects and also provides a wide cast of really fleshed out and likable characters. It's kind of like Watamote when it comes to showing the bad aspects of adulthood and a working environment, but manages to avoid being just a depressive spiral by also being lighthearted and gives breathing room for positivity and good outcomes through friendships and motivational outlooks.

Ballmastrz 9009 is pretty great as well, definitely worth watching through the entire season. It's just full of charm and fun, with really great designs and a neat cast of characters.

Definitely recommend giving both a watch. Here's hoping both get another season as well.
