I absolutely fell in love with this game the first time I played it, however connecting to a server is an absolute nightmare. It takes like 10 mins on average to actually connect, download all the files and retrieve my data. I desperately hope some of the devs at facepunch start working on optimization a little more. Get them worker processes going and pulling messages from queues. Spin up docker containers and scale this bad mama jama up.
