Finally learned how to do the light stack technique properly. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/107125/1f8829e3-9e0f-48dc-9cf8-ce928b8b52a8/a normandy.jpg
House in the BG doesn't cast a shadow and everything has this really sharp texture that' looks kinda off-putting. Text on the side of the tanks doesn't match the shape of the tank. I'm confused as to why there's a man in a Wehrmacht uniform waiving to Allied troops. I do like the poses, expressions, and lighting on everything in the foreground.
How is such a lightning possible in GMOD??? Thats Amazing
It isn't possible in gmod per se. However, you can take multiple screenshots with isolated lighting and then you combine them in a photo editing program such as GIMP or Photoshop. It takes longer, but you have a lot more control over the lighting setup.
The posing of american soldiers is spot on except the ones walking on the right side of the Sherman tanks, they look silly. The German soldier with the woman next to him is, idk, quite out of place. Why even a German soldier? The post-edited text is not in a right angle and thus breaks the look. Scenebuild could be filled a bit more. Lighting is pretty nice. "5.5 out of 10" - IGN
I'm pretty sure he used a German soldier instead of a civilian because he lacked a proper model. Although, that's just an assumption.
Lol shit, I used a resistance member from Ivan's late war Russian pack and removed the gear, but it does indeed look like a German soldier. And theres really no good women models anywhere unfortunately.
