it's probably a door texture slapped onto a brush. I'd ask sgt.sgt. if you can use them in your map (you'll need to extract them from the bsp)
I remember making those (or similar) ten years ago for gm_ship3 or so, and even released those among other textures.
It's Rockford, use BSP Source to decompile and look what the texture is.
