Why is it that as of recent I have been getting a max of 12 fps on this game (Also i only have 1 addon installed), But for a game such as Destiny 2 I am getting 60 fps?? Please explain.
Depends on what graphics card you have.
If you had a really new and powerfull one like the GTX 1080 i can tell you this:
A friend of mine got the 1080, and since he has it gmod works like ***, BECAUSE, gmod needs such a low GPU performance that the graphics card clocks down to idle mode, which in that mode has not enough performance anymore to run gmod proberbly. But alos doesnt clock up anymore. Which gives him the bad fps..if the plays minecraft the same. Unless he runs shaders becuse then it clocks up again and works with way more frames.
But if you dont have a new GPU, (and also this is the case if you have a new one), please give us some more info..your pc stats for example.
