The addon that won't die(uninstall)

(This was originally on steam. I was told I would get some better help here.)
I have been having this problem were this addon: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1185514499&searchtext=omnitrix+wip won't uninstall even though I'm not subbed to it.

I have tryed:
Compleatly reinstalling gmod making wile sure that I am not subbed to the addon.
Useing the command menu_cleanupgmas.
Deleting the .gma file.
Resubscribing to the addon, and then unsubscribing and deleting the .gma file.
Verifying the Game Cache.
Using the factory reset .bat file.

I have done all these things to try and get rid of this addon yet it somehow still persists within my game.So please give me your thoughts on how I could remove this freaking addon.

Does it appear in the spawnmenu in Sandbox singleplayer, in the Browse > Addons menu?

If so, right click on any spawnicon and press copy filepath or something like that, that will give you a file inside that addon.

Now type "whereis <addon model or whatever, paste the copied model path>" and it should tell you exactly where the addon is stored on your PC.
