The server is not found in the list of servers, I run a VPS debian 8.
Only me can join the server ..

Since you are working with a VPS, have you opened the ports in your firewall? (in and out)

which port numbers did you open and which protocols? (TCP-UDP)
port="27015" in TCP and UDP..
clientport="27005" in TCP and UDP..
sourcetvport="27020" in TCP and UDP..
The 3 ports are open also in and out

You shouldn't need to open ports on a VPS unless you've setup a firewall to drop traffic that isn't matching predefined rules. What appears in your servers console after it finishes loading up? Could you provide the server IP?

Unfortunately I do not have the console under my eyes but once start in the console says that the ip is open and the VAC is activate ..
