About 2 months ago i received a eac ban on rust and contacted eac and appealed the ban after not hearing back from eac i figured i was screwed so i just deleted rust from my account well just recently i looked at my profile and the game ban wasnt there it now shows i have no game bans none contacted me and i havent received any steam alerts is there a way i can tell if im still banned? should i rebuy rust ?

More than likely you might have gotten caught up in the accidental ban wave that hit around that time frame. It could also not be showing up as you don't have the game installed.
