Which function gets me the entities, flags, inputs and outputs etc.?

I've thought about Entity:GetTable() but not sure, I have to test it, later.

I've found Entity:GetFlags but I haven't found something that gets me the Inputs and Outputs.

I've checked on Valve Wiki if there is a term for inputs and outputs, tried to search for IO on the gmod wiki search but haven't found anything.

I don't believe there is something that tells you the inputs and ouputs, I use the valve wiki for that.
