Really felt like there was just too much going on, I wanted a clearer picture of the gameplay imo.
yeah, it's not nearly as good of a trailer as BF1's.

This reveal trailer was wacky, went way over the top and in a way felt too cartoony. I was expecting the trailer to be like BF1's reveal trailer. Exploring and going through the different fronts and setting we'll be seeing that happened in WW2 not this made up "Squad story" fortnite looking trailer. I don't know how i feel. I want to like it but, like i said, this felt like something that doesn't belong in a WW2 setting game.
Don't wanna diss the animators who made this trailer because it's gorgeous. But the storyboard to it. It's just not representing what WW2 is really like.
Hopefully the gameply will show a different perspective.

People are shitting themselves everywhere over a black female player avatar and i'm perplexed as fuck. This isn't remotely on the same level as SJW's trying to bend CDProject or Kingdom Come into conforming to racial and sexist tensions and issues specific to modern american cultural media. It's just a skin that people can wear so people can tell where their hitboxes are.
Can people not tell how benign this is by comparison? I get we're having a collective fit about SJW's trying to take away our toys, but this is just beyond harmless.
Looking forward to playing this. I didn't give a damn about BF1 on launch but picked it up recently on sale and ended up liking it way more than I expected, so more of that in a WWII setting is fine with me.
This trailer was pretty disjointed and chaotic, but that's I suppose that's pretty much what most large-scale rounds in Battlefield feel like with shit just blowing up everywhere.
I really doubt they'll do anything drastically different from a gameplay perspective at this point in the series, just better visuals and a different setting, and that's fine with me.
Too flashy, I couldn't get a grasp on what was happening. Was this supposed to be a look at customizable characters in some sort of co-op gamemode?
This trailer especially sucks when compared to BF1's reveal trailer which showed all kinds of different settings and different stuff while showed basically fuck-all. The devs talking about it before the trailer in the reveal stream told us more than this trailer, I may as well have not seen this and it wouldn't have made a difference.

It feels like they rushed to get this trailer out a little bit. I do really like all the new gameplay ideas though! The new grand operations thing and war stories sounds like a great addition. I hope they go to the pacific campaign as well!
