I tend to get that rating alot and am not sure if it's a positive or negative rating or why I receive it so much. I assume it's for big events or hype?

I rated you Big Whoop in LMAO pics recently because I didn't understand what the humor in the video was. The video had a lot of buildup that lead to pretty much nothing. From the perspective of someone who's never played that game in the video, it looks like someone casually noticed a lack of a pilot and yet there was no emergency. It flew around in a really boring way to make a safe landing afterwards.
So basically, either it wasn't funny (who cares; big whoop), or I just didn't understand what you found so amusing.
Why the balloon? Is the big whoop the air inside of it?

It actually means "small woop". It's very misleading.
It means there's a party, and you aren't invited.
But yeah, it's just a sarcastic rating meaning that people think you're hyped over something dull/stupid/insignificant.
