Try running Rust as an Admin?
And how to start in incentive as administrator?
Right click it and press open as administrator
In steam you can not do so
I meant like go to Desktop
So when you run through the desktop, the server will not be allowed, because through the desktop there is not included antihack
Right Click on the Steam icon on your desktop and pick "RUN as administrator" , it will load steam, when steam is loaded click on "Play" for Rust , EAC loader should run then Rust config box will come up, click on play.
I have had the EAC loader stop (very rarely) but i just restart PC and then repeat the above ,
I dont know why server "will not be allowed" as you dont get the server list till the game is loaded ?
That is because you are running EAC esports is my guess as that is the wrong EAC screen for Rust that steam
loads on the bottom right, the left EAC screen is the rust one and it tells you that you are trying to load two launchers at the same time
