I need help with some scripting.

I am currently making a Black Mesa RP server and I was wondering if someone could make me a quick script for Xen. When you enter the Xen dimension without having a certain playermodel it should slowly kill you. If you have the certain playermodel it won't kill you. I need the Gordon Freeman Playermodel I have and the HEV suit playermodel I have to not die in Xen. I need every other playermodel to die in Xen.
