Srcds UDP is local router IP, instead of my usual external IP?

As you can see, there has been multiple SRCDS problems for a while. I seem to be having problems. My internet Provider is Verizion, Unsupported IPV6, Model GT784WN-VZ-1.1.18
My spec's are a 2.60 GHZ Dual Core Processor, ATI Radeon PRO, 4 Gigs of ram, Windows 10. Yes I know, im running it off of a office computer. But I own Gmod on the same system, I even went into beta mode on steam, fails.
My problem is that I keep getting problems with ip's. No matter what I do, enable Ports in my firewall, Enable DMZ, Check my Port Forwarding, Get a older version. Whats very weird is I had this problem when I was hosting a server a few years back, but then suddenly it worked, no changes were made, but I chose to rehost my server cause I had a few issues, and it turns out like this. I've tried validation, Re-installation, everything is wasting my time. Please help however you can. I have tried so many things it keeps using my internal IP. I want the external ip. Trying my external IP with :27015 on the end says Connection failed after 6 retries. This is what my port forwarding looks like: Screenshot 7 — imgbb.com Please respond as soon as possible. This is really getting annoying now that I am not getting many answers.
Well, Turns out my DNS servers in my router options were messed up, and that was why my port forwarding didn't work.
