Beta game keys are not given out just to let people play and have fun. The person that receives it is trusted with they key specifically because the developers know/hope that he will be of good use to test the game, report bugs, and give feedback to make the game better.
I'm sure if you ask garry personally and give a good enough reason (Like "It's for charity") he could definitely spare a key or two, but for now there is no way to get a spare key unless you specify that you've got a friend you'd like to play with and that can help you report bugs in multiplayer mode.
The point is that when the steamdb bot will accept the key, tub will be indexed and updates will be visible so tub owners could downgrade and f.e. see how much did the game changed.

Oh it's a bot that checks for game updates and saves them, you made it sound like you wanted to start a key raffle. Yeah I'm sure @garry could be interested
