Misread it as "Steam Workshop" which was incredibly confusing. I can see why they're mad, but this is pretty harmless. Plus it's a redband trailer which is explicitly targeted at adults, so no kid is going to see this and get upset, unless somehow they google the name of the movie.
it's pretty much up to parents to actually give a shit about what their kids are watching instead of just letting them watch whatever they want and then acting surprised when they watched something not meant for kids

Considering Sesame Street actually did a Law and Order SVU parody (https://youtu.be/5121VjLwqZM), I can see why this might confuse some people. But reading the content of what Sesame Workshop had to say, it seems their complaint has to do with references to Sesame Street in material related to this movie (the complaint makes specific reference to the marketing tagline "No Sesame, all street") they seem to be arguing that this movie could be associated with their brand, and that this association would damage said brand.
