When you do the reflection on the road, make it more distorted, erase some parts. The road looks too perfectly polished given such reflections.
Lighting is good.
Agreed with CK, reflections are taking away more than they're adding
the reflections aren't going to be convincing when the reflecting surface's bumpmap/texture aren't considered, what I mean is the reflecting surface (in this case the road) will be reflecting things from all around the scene and not just 'what's above it', for example:

your reflections worked well before because the reflecting surfaces you used were flat, so they made sense, but less so in the case of grainy roads, especially a broken/messed up one like in your pic
yeah i know how to use phong to create some simple surface reflections, but in this last pics you're using lightbounce layers to crate Ray tracing, and that is very far from my knoledge
The only knowledge you need can be acquired in 2 or so hours by messing around with the light sprayer tool and material creator found here (along with 3 console commands that slipped out of my brain somehow, just type find bounce or find lightbounce in console to see them) after downloading this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kmg42vwi4w4utfe/vaddons%20updated.rar?dl=0
You already had given me the link, ok I will try I'm starting to get crazy for make light bounce and reflections by hand
