• Map render distance?

Theres nothing you can do. Its how the map is builded. Some Maps are so huge they need a limitation of the rendering, otherwise you would loose ALOT of frames and performance.
If I go to this map in a single game, then this will not happen. Map render distance is only on the server.
Yes its normal. Its on alot of maps which are big and have tunnels. The tunnel is the best way to limit the rendering
I have noticed some servers apply their own fog, and I’m not sure how they do it, but take a look through these functions, maybe there will be something. Search results for "Fog"

Maybe try running cl_maxrenderable_dist on clients? I don't know if that will do exactly what you are going for though...
there's an entity you can add env_fog_controller you may want to look at a Fog tutorial while you are at it.
Did not work It's only fog. I talk about optimizing
env_fog_controller read it CAREFULLY. look at "farz" in the keyvalues section
