As boring as the reboot F4 is, they way Doom is portrayed is pretty decent, he comes off as being quite intimidating and scary because he doesn't give a shit and can't really be stopped by conventional means, blowing the heads up of people as he walks towards them.
The 1994 Fantastic Four is a shining example of a fun, good B Movie.
Joe Sirola's Doctor Doom from the 1967 series is also perfect. The tone almost perfectly nails how you'd expect a disgruntled post-collegiate nerd with super-armor to sound like.
