Can we talk for a minute about how many errors this article has? Missing words, misspelled words, garbage grammar, etc.

I want to know why this is becoming more prevalent. I'm not a journalist by any stretch of the imagination, but I know for a fact that I could write better articles than this with literally no training whatsoever.
