Hi, Ever since my Garry`s Mod updated, I have been getting 10fps in the Main Menu and 3fps In-Game!
I have verified my game files, unsubscribed from all my workshop files and re-installed the game and non of them have worked
Did you delete the folder "GarrysMod" in your steamapps/common folder?
It could also be a problem with Game Bar and Game DVR try and disable them. They are linked to the shitty windows 10 xbox app.
Lastly you could always roll back windows to the last functioning update.
