Was unsure weather to post this on help or servers but since I am a server owner I went for this.
I have owned my own server now for almost a month with no issues so far. I play as a regular person and only go as moderator to investigate reports.
Anyways, today i was in my base sorting stuff and I heard a breaking sound. I went around looking for the source and when i entered my main loot room. one of the locked large boxes was completely gone. No little grey stash that you normally find and no items. It's as though someone had ent.killed it or something. Is this ever happened to anyone or is this more than likely a hacker?
it's just a coincidence it happened to be our most valuable box.
I was looking at the player list on rcon for anything suspicious and noticed one person had been playing for over 16 hours, and it said their health was 0. I tried to spectate them and it wouldn't let me. I tried to teleport to them and it also didnt work. I am not 100% familiar with what that could mean but it would be great to get some ideas as to what caused this. I don't want this happening to anyone else on the server.

Does sound suspect, could be a hacker or it could be a technical glitch. Can't say I've had the same issue sadly enough, and I hope you figure out your problem!
Give the server a restart, and see if the player sticks around.
yea, I feel bad for suspecting him cause he was probably just in the death screen and afk for hours.
It appears that there is currently a "hack" where players can log on and have recon access. With this they can give themselves no clip. This is a developer issue where they have left a hole in the game when developing it and now people can take advantage by forcing a hacked log on page.
I haven't tried this but if you don't need remote connection access, try removing it from your server batch file. By removing this access to a port may, and I must emphasize, may stop this issue.
