Gmod Crashing when I spawn basically anything but guns?

Okay so, this happened a few months ago. I had just bought CS:S and mounted it onto Gmod. When I tried to run cs_office it didn't work. And I soon came to find that spawning anything else basically locked up my PC until i restarted it. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling gmod, verifying my game cache and deleting some addons. If anybody has experienced this, how did you fix it?

Does it happen when you spawn NPCs as well?

If it fully locks up your computer, meaning you can't even alt+tab or open task manger with ctrl+alt+del, it might be a little more than just Gmod screwing itself.

Try updating or reinstalling your graphics drivers as well.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll try it out. And yes, it does also happen when i spawn NPCs
