facepunch, do you really tell every falsebanned to send their ban appeal to EAC "support" site despite that you know it very well that they will get (only if eac reply, which is very unlikely) automatic message from their bot which almost always "confirm" that its valid ban(even if its not)?

The reason is the anti cheat is a service leased by Facepunch for the game. They do not have control over the unbans.

Even in the extraordinarily unlikely event even 1% of those complaining are genuinely falsely banned, Facepunch Studios literally cannot do anything about EAC bans. Previous successful appeals to Facepunch Studios about a ban are regarding the very rare bans that they issue themselves.
