• An RX 560 scam...?

I saw an eBay listing for an RX 560; which would be just the perfect thing for my small form factor PC! I ordered it, it came, but without the manufacturer packaging, just styrofoam and bubble wrap and all sorts of packing materials that shedded into the fan... Great start already. It looked painfully generic and was a grey slab with a small cooler that just looked also pretty regular. The IO was also what I was expecting. It fit in with even a little extra room. I still, at this point, hoped that it would be a functioning card; and as I ordered. The BIOS screen and everything showed the specs perfectly. The experience was a lot better than Integrated but not matching up from what I heard. I didn't benchmark it yet but I'll make sure to share the results as soon as possible. Even fucking Subnautica stuttered a bit during transitions between deep areas and continued to stutter a bit during gameplay. Also, the drivers were a pain in the ass. Not to be expected from AMD's current "second best" GPU. So, I'm sure I have been scammed, but how do I make sure? And, will eBay do anything about it?
Post pictures and the ebay link/seller if possible
eBay always sides with the buyer so you’ll come out of it fine.
Post your complete specs, you wanna rule out it could be anything else (though it sounds like you got had). The RX 560 is definitely not AMD’s “second best” GPU, though - not even close. eBay will almost definitely side with you, though.
