Oh ok it's a IRL streamer with TTS speakers. For a moment I thought some streamer got arrested while just streaming games because some donator sent in a bomb threat.

Title of video is "$3 TTS/$4.20 Media." The donation that popped up was $4.20. Unless it was some elaborate ruse to get an excuse to make a bomb threat, it's safe to say, no not at all.
