https://youtu.be/RQXqdbOzeL8 That's the most generic looking volcano I've ever seen.
"Yeah what's up? I'm, like, ya kid's science fair volcano. I gots lava and shit."
Obviously this was a privately-funded project by the world's shadow government to try and destroy Guatemala, right before that video starts, there were at least 3 sightings of a black helicopter dumping tons of baking soda into the tip.
Put a shutterstock watermark over it
Interesting to see a backdrop of a city for an erupting volcano.
Generic until around 2:42 in that video, when the clouds move in, and then it turns into fucking Mount Doom at 3:11.
One of the issues with volcanoes is that they actually create extremely fertile soil, so a lot of farmers take advantage of this, unfortunately putting themselves within reach if it ever does erupt. Still, luckily this volcano appears to only be erupting magma, not creating pyroclastic flows - the real killers.
Pyroclastic flows, which are fast-moving mixtures of gas and volcanic matter, rushed down the mountainside and engulfed villages.
Most of the deaths were caused by flows.
Fuck - apologies for missing that. It makes sense though - those things are scary as hell. I suppose we should just be thankful that there weren't more people there at the time.
