Theres already peeps at college claiming this is "racism" and it will be "Purely used against immigrants and asylum seekers" Imagine spending your entire life just trying to find reasons to accuse the government of something even when the reason is blatant
Yeah, it's disappointing how quite a lot of supporters of the opposition parties can't get behind the country despite its government, in the same way the parties and people banded together behind Churchill during the Second World War. It goes without saying that for a certain kind of Labour supporter, if it was Jeremy Corbyn's government declaring the measures, it would be legitimate. But because we have an unpleasant Tory government, everything that constitutes a legitimate threat is seen as a conspiracy.
