i have error about 3 weeks , when i play on server about 15 min , i got disconnected , my internet working properly , nothing happen , please help me , this error is so annoying

Once again if anyone needs technical help it really assists others on here who may be able to help, to know everything about you PC and modem.
CPU, Ram, GPU, Ping, wireless/cable, virtual memory, Win 10 and so on. Also a list of steps you have already tried - turned the pc off then on again, did a meme check, verified local files etc.
still got same error, even now more worse ,
5 min into the game then got disconnected .
