Didn't we already have a supreme court ruling over this
Ah, so they’re gearing up to start tearing it apart piece by piece now. The changes in Trump’s tax bill opened the door here, now they’re coming out swinging.
Repubs just loathe paying taxes, it's so bad in the south a state lottery is more attractive than increasing taxes.
The ACA was rules as being technically a tax which is why the federal gov could make states have it.
I'm no lawyer but the Budget Cuts and Corporate Wellfare act didn't repeal the penalty, it set it to 0.00$ which while technically repealled, its still legally on the books and I feel like the justice department is doing something illegal here

The government is failing to uphold its own laws. Trump is (once again) negligent in his duties to faithfully execute the laws of the nation.
They don't have any plan except destroy, and I hope Americans keep that in mind when they go to vote in the midterms in only a few months.
Lotteries are colloquially known as an 'idiot tax' for a reason.
The irony is that Obamacare was originally created as the Capitalist alternative to Socialized Medicine for National Healthcare. You force people to buy healthcare on the market from companies who are in turn forced to accept disabled and retain the injured.
They would've accepted Obamacare's exact terms if it had Romney's rubber stamp on it as opposed to Obama's considering they were pretty similiar lol
if either mccain or romney were elected they wouldn't have touched healthcare. the GOP has been kicking that can down the road for literally decades
Ah, so back to denying people with preexisting conditions again.
Freedom tastes so good
