I think it was a corpse that was 18 years old chronologically not physically as far as I can tell.

I thought that too at first, but it's actually two different people. An 18 year old that was pulled out of public school, and then an infant who might have died as long ago as 1992. The former was skin and bones and had sores all over him, and the latter was nothing but bones, as the rest of his body had decayed and liquified. God, just talking about it makes me sick.

'As we performed CPR his grandma looked on emotionless and his mum stayed in the kitchen.'

They didn't give the tiniest shit about their unwanted child, like didn't even bother toilet training him levels of neglect, but then call 999 just as he's about to die after apparently a couple of weeks of starving? If the dead baby wasn't a miscarriage and was murdered why didn't they just kill the teenager when he as born too? This is so perplexing.

It says he was living a normal life until he was home-schooled. At what age was he pulled from school? Was he not allowed to go out of the house since then? I feel like it's important information because the guy was tied down to a bed for more than a few weeks and it seems nobody got worried that he wasn't answering messages for all that time. Did he not have any friends? I guess it's hard to make friends if you're cut off from the world, but he had a normal life before, did he just lose contact with any friend he had from that time? Also who called the paramedics?

It’s possible, but if you’re very thin, you’re gonna be very subsceptible to pressure sores. And if you don’t eat, you’re not gonna have energy to move around, so I don’t think it’s unlikely that he got those with no extra “help”. Chances are they would find markings around his wrists and ankles if he had been tied down, and I think they would have mentioned that in the article. What a fucked up case, though.
