I got banned, IDK why (didnt use macros/cheats), but I did and it wont be repealed, so I have a few questions. Can I buy another account or is it a HWID ban? Also, does this mean I cant play other EAC games?

can someone help so my friend that i dont know that long has been banned today hes like a kid and he is trash at the game im taking the piss out of him that he was cheating and got banned but i truly dont think he cheated he literately got banned 1 minute before going onto the game it says something like steam Aurth banned

I mean if you read the thread it explains that literally no one here has any control or authority over EAC. Literally what do you expect us to do to help? Hang on let me use my psychic powers to access the EAC database using only my mind, I don't know the administrator password to their machine but it's okay because I'm magic.
Do you expect community members to deal with VAC bans too?
