What notify? There are several kinds
NOTIFY Enumerations
They're hardcoded so you can't unless you want to overwrite default Gmod files (https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod/blob/aafb77cbe8b2a13578dedb990c4f6fcb35d8eade/garrysmod/lua/includes/modules/notification.lua#L18-L22), something I'd suggest against.
