How can I solve it? I have Base on stone and in this base i cupboard, but this on screen is not connected with the main base, but still it show on bottom its protected but as u can see, its decaying and i cant place any more cupboard... How to solve it?

I don't think you can. I believe that the foundations have to be connected to the foundation the TC is on, for it not to decay.
