To be fair, what if the suspect was an innocent man in the US and Russia drops by to pick up him before the US authorities has a chance to process an extradition? This is made a bit more grey by the fact that the Kurds seemingly okay'd it and I believe they have some autonomy in the north of Iraq. Either way I'm glad this scumbag was caught, in the future should just make sure it's fine with the respective nation's authorities.
I'm far more disturbed by the fact that this guy was able to leave the country by plane with a forged passport.
