Doctor Who is a BBC science-fiction television programme which has been running for over half a century.
If you've never watched Doctor Who before, start from the first series of the revived show, from 2005. It's designed as a jumping-on point for new viewers. Another option is starting from Series 5 of the revived show if you want to catch up a bit faster, as it was designed as a "soft reboot" of the show's concepts.
Spoilers:
Some people enjoy just watching the show when it's on, whereas others like to follow production from script-writing to airing. Both types of people read this thread, so please spoiler-tag anything that hasn't been officially announced by the BBC or that hasn't aired yet. So for example, the news that Peter Capaldi is the Twelfth Doctor is fine as is saying that Tom Baker appeared in the 50th anniversary episode, as both bits of news have been either officially announced on the BBC website or are related to an episode that has already aired. Likewise, don't image tag things like filming photos or screenshots from unaired episodes.

I love how they threw in the Jago & Litefoot Revival Short Trips story too. Amusing to hear them interact with modern Doctors in that one.

Read what I said in the spoiler tags. If you don't want any of the context: She's wearing 12's clothes. It's from episode 1, before she gets the TARDIS back.
I've seen the clip now (I'd post but I feel like it might be against the rules) and it definitely feels like a teaser clip more than anything spoilery which makes me super happy.
The clip really gives me heavy RTD vibes. I mean it's obviously way too early to call, but I do think 13 could end up being 10 2.0. We'll have to wait until ep 2 to know for sure though, I guess.
Definitely. She comes off as a bit like 10 in that clip but it's the classic post-regen manicness so hard to say for sure. Certainly parts of it felt very Doctorish already though and I love it.
I really like that wide shot with the goggles.
