My playermodels have skirt armor and I want it to move/rotate so it won't go through the thighs when running or crouching. Is there any way to do it?

Maybe if you attach some procedural bone controllers to the sideskirts, moving with the legs. It's really hard to cross legs on a gundam animation tho. I dunno why you did that. Weird
Why not just rig it to the legs/thighs?
If he were to, it would look clunky since it's rotating around the bone.
I think the best thing he can do is make them gigglebones, they will still move, but I don't see any way of making it look good, there are some engines that can have physics in gigglebones, but source isn't one of them, hopefully source 2 does.
Got it working on sfm model & ragdoll

But idk how to fix the playermodel. I have -90 on Z but the skirt does not rotate when I move the Z slider.
