I am subscribed to a great deal of mods on the workshop and there is one that is causing me some problems. It seems to add heavy footsteps when the player moves, heavy breathing as well (like the player is breathing through a gas mask and last but not least these crosshairs

These crosshairs are the most annoying as there is no way to get rid of them, not even turning off the hud or using empty hands removes it. Now I have examined my mod list several time but I have been unable to identify a culprit. From this information does anyone here know any mods that might be causing this?
