I have Amd 1700x And a Amd radeon x580 And 8 gigs of ram I usually get Random Frame drops which Make my screen freeze. And it can be at 14 fps at sometimes
There are at least 5 other threads where people complain they are having problems running the game and they ALL have 8gb ram, The answer to all is still the same BUY MORE RAM , it is not that expensive and is far cheaper in the US than it is in Australia,
I have 16gb ram and it still runs like shit. Ofc it's not 14 fps, but it's a lot worse now than when I first started playing back in 2016. My fps will jump from 60-70 to 30-40 constantly. That doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but when it jumps back and forth constantly it causes stuttering.
I had the same thing so I got more ram and its pretty steady around the 120-160 on 32gb ram.
Use this site for future reference - Rust system requirements | Can I Run Rust
How old is this article as it says its in "early access". ?
Its not an article, its a downloadable programme that gathers system information and compares it to certain game specs letting you know if your system is powerful enough to run. I've used it many times before myself.
I dont allow third party programs access to my pc, there are enough articles on how much is needed by the game developers so its not really needed,
Come on guys seriously? I ran Rust with 8gb, 40 fps, some drops, low graphics, but playable... though that was quite some time ago... i have 16gb ram now and a GTX 1060 6gb, basically easy 60 FPS even on max settings... BUT there have been some drops (I only play modded so I accuse that instead of the game itself)
That's fair enough, it's just a quicker and more efficient way of checking. Helped me out alot in the past.
