Hello developers,
overpowered bases and bunkers can be built by using several exploits around roofs. I propose the easiest solution - remove them completely. Raiding these will never be worth the cost (and time).

Shhhhh, don't say stuff like that ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Imagine if every player/clan on a server builds like this. There is really no economic way to raid anybody. And with the currently lacking depth of gameplay it removes another incentive.
I wouldn't mind removing the puzzles either ^^
Roofs are OP, and puzzles are unneeded.
The good balances the bad ;)
I'm against these exploits, but i'm also against upkeep and the build 3.0/3.2 update sooo... removing these exploits will make things even worse.
Why would it be worse? Not being able to build as big as possible nerfs the defence. However you can build strong bases even without roofs.
So I don't understand your point.
No base is strong enough (as a solo player/small group) if there's large groups on the server. They've made it so easy to raid now. Even farming sulfur has become easier than it used to be. Most of the times I've been raided, it was offline, so tell me how these bases are strong enough without spending hours on end grinding your ass off for it.
Always the lazy players complaining "its too hard to raid a base" , boo bloody hoo , Have a good cry and play smarter,
The game is already slanted towards the raiders with the introduction of twig raiding so what more do you want ? , no doors ?
Might as well remove armored walls and doors too, then. There will always be some sort of exploit to make raiding harder. Just learn to play around it, or use it yourself.
I did not expect this reaction, and I already regret starting this thread. Maybe you are all veterans or group players.
Just to be clear what I'm talking about. Mathematically speaking, if you compare the cost to raid:
a (150 metal frags) sheet metal door with satchels (~2000 Sulfur) or
a (200 metal frags) sheet metal wall with satchels (~11000 Sulfur)
You have more than 500% increase in defense strength with just 33% more cost. And I don't have to tell you that farming metal is also easier than hording sulfur.
If that is supposed to be balanced - ok then. No feedback from me anymore.
I mean I totally agree with you. I kinda figure these other guys are children that just love the conflict on these forums and can't reason or see what's best. You're totally right about it though.
No , They are players who still actually play the game and dont care how hard it is for someone to raid their base,
All I have heard for the last four years of playing the game is complaints from players who want it easy, They think
that the player who has spent a lot of time harvesting and building a strong base should be easy to raid by someone who has managed to gather a handfull of charges and wants to take all the loot without much work,
None of those bases shown above are unraidable by someone who has spent a lot of time raiding,
Seeing that roof sticking out makes it obvious nothing much is going to be stored in the triangles, so hit the squares. Either one of the back walls or 4 rockets the to roof.
LOL - if you see a roof sticking out, don't follow the doors, blow through the ceiling or wall that goes to loot.
