Replace thread date column with thread view count

The date column just isn't that useful right now with the units greyed out. No information is gained with a quick glance. Why not move the creation date next to the author and add a view count column?

If the date column gets removed we need the "Latest Threads" tab on every sub-forum.
It's there in the Sensationalist Headlines sub-forum but not in Polidicks or Fast Threads for example. We see the Event Log instead.
