It's almost like you shouldn't pass massive tax bills before you've even read them... especially when they've been written behind closed doors in the span of maybe two weeks.
Oh, I think they knew exactly what they were doing. With Republicans, whatever cannot be attributed to malice can be instead attributed to greed.
