Color profile no longer loading after startup?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure this out and many of the guides on the internet are pretty shitty

Long story short, a thunderstorm made its way onto my neighbourhood, which prompted me to (cleanly) shut down my PC, then cut off the power to the strip it is connected to

After starting it up again, the first thing I noticed is that the color profile I've set up for my VG248QE is no longer loading - resulting in shitty washed out colors

From what I can tell, the profile is set up correctly :

(I double checked, it IS the correct monitor.)
