It is gameplay for the most part but the cqc moments are heavily edited, and most likely using animations tailored for the trailer. Motion matching isn't magic, the amount of data required for so many smooth transitions would be unrealistic, and those involving multiple actors and objects should still have a tad bit of sliding and snapping. I will believe the graphical rendering provided that they are not subjected to downgrades, and I wonder how evading works.
